I have the privilege of leading a team that's as diverse cross-functional team. Our mission is to deepen the connections people make, centering our efforts on the Google People Graph. This initiative is pivotal in refining how individuals interact within various Google applications. My role involves driving innovations that enrich these interactions, particularly through mobile-first commerce, seamless payment solutions, and intuitive communication channels. I lead a diverse team of designers, writers, and researchers responsible for developing applications across iOS, Android, wearables, and web.
I have collaborated with peer design leaders and their product/engineering partners to create roadmaps for each product area. These roadmaps are aimed at developing and managing our Product Vision, Strategy, Value Proposition, and Success Metrics.
I assisted the teams in developing a roadmap portfolio view that connects various work streams. This view illustrates the alignment of each roadmap with the OKRs of each area and the organization as a whole.
My early vision initiative led to the successful launch of People Widgets on Android devices. These widgets enable seamless cross-app feature integrations, enhancing daily interactions like location sharing, money transfers, messaging, and video calling.

At Facebook, I led the Business Integrity team with the goal of empowering businesses of all sizes with powerful tools and features to grow their products. I worked with cross-functional leaders to develop a product vision and strategy for advertiser experiences, ads commerce and integrity enforcements.
Launched Facebook shops that makes it easy for millions of small businesses to build and run their shops on Facebook and Instagram.
Created a product vision and strategy to maintain business Integrity on all Facebook products and services.
Built three design teams for Advertiser Experience, Ads Conversion Experiences and Enforcements, unblocked advertisers and increased ad revenue by $200+ million.
Designed and launched the Integrity Snapshot application that helps large multinational businesses meet their marketing objectives and saves 100+millions in ad revenues.

Designed eBay’s first classifieds business model for eBay France to meet French consumer demand, reducing churn to sites such as Leboncoin by 11% within the first year.
Overhauled browse flow for eBay by elevating visual treatment, layout, and photography, leveraging inspirational imagery to increase user engagement and conversion
